Refund policy

We do not have a no-question asked return policy, i.e. goods purchased are not returnable unless it is damage or defective (see defective policy below)

Damages and Issues or Defective
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If the items are defective or spoilt or custom printed wrongly, we can exchange one for one of the defective items or in case the item is out of stock, another items that is of similar monetary value.  Unfortunately, no cash refund is available as our company's standard policy.  Please contact your respective sales staff or email us at zhen@empirediary.com if you have any queries.
