What is Sample Request?
- It is always best if one could view the physical product of diaries. By filling your address and information, we will send you the sample diaries.
How does it works?
- Once you have confirmed the identified diaries you wish to purchase, you can simply give us a call or by simply by clicking on every sample request tab in our website.
- Please provide us the detailed information of the product code, quantity, colour and then proceed for payment
- You can pay us through maybank2u.com.my or directly transfer into our account before we send in the samples
Do you provide International Sample Orders?
- Yes we do provide international sample orders, please refer to the above step in order for us to proceed to send you samples. For payment method, you may want to check out our payment policy.
How to know if the item is in stock?
- Most of our diaries on the websites are in stock, if you want accurate answer, please give our sales advisors a call and we will update you. We apologize in advance if we are not able to update it every moment during our peak period (October to January).
Can my sample be embossed or printed?
- Yes, but we will have to charge you a minimum mould fee of RM350 which is refundable if you confirm your order.
How much is the delivery charges for sample request?
- For all sample request, we will charge RM15/pc of diary for Klang Valley area and for other states, we will need to check once you provide us the exact location of your place.
